ABR Auto respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you browse abrauto.ca, contact us, request automotive service, use the Tire Finder or join our email list.
ABR Booking Calendar connects a calendar owned by an authorized ABR Auto administrator to the website. The integration reads the selected calendar’s identifier and ownership permissions, and reads, creates, updates or removes booking events to synchronize service appointments. Customer names, phone numbers, vehicle and service details, submitted notes, appointment times and booking status may be copied to Google Calendar for staff scheduling. Google processes this information as the calendar service provider. Customers are not added as event attendees.
This integration uses Google Calendar information only for booking synchronization. OAuth credentials are stored encrypted in the website database; event identifiers and delivery records are also retained there. Disconnecting the website removes its saved access and refresh tokens and stops synchronization, while existing calendar events and website booking records remain until separately deleted. The administrator can also revoke access in their Google Account. For requests concerning booking information, contact the Privacy Officer listed below.
Depending on how you use the website, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, vehicle details, requested service, selected tire information, preferred timing and the message you send. The website and its service providers may also process technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, pages viewed, security events and cookies.
We use information to respond to inquiries, review and schedule service requests, prepare for vehicle inspections or tire installation, communicate about an appointment, maintain business records, protect the website from spam or abuse, understand website performance and meet legal or accounting obligations.

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for service, business, legal, tax, warranty, fraud-prevention or security purposes.
